What kind of connection actually holds up for 4K?
Look for a sustained 25 Mbps or more, and lean on Ethernet over Wi-Fi if your setup allows it — that combination is what keeps 4K stable.

What does the 24-hour trial include?
The 24-hour trial costs $1.00 and gives you 24 hours of full access, so you can test channel availability, streaming quality, and device compatibility on your own internet connection before committing to a longer plan.
What it runs on
What devices does it work on?
Smart TV, Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV and Firestick, Android and iOS mobile, Windows, and Mac are all covered, provided a compatible player app is installed first. The Setup Guide has the specifics per device.
Logins, guides, and multiple devices
M3U or Xtream Codes — do I need to pick one in advance?
No, both work. Whichever your chosen player app expects is the one it will accept — a playlist link for M3U, or a username/password/server trio for Xtream Codes.
Will the channel guide show up on its own?
Most compatible apps assemble it automatically from your login details. When one does not, a manual "EPG URL" field in its settings is the fallback — covered further in the Setup Guide.
Two devices, one login — possible?
Each subscription covers one device actively streaming at a time. Reach out before you subscribe if simultaneous multi-device access is something you specifically need.

How do I get started?

Bandwidth and data use
Is this heavy on a data cap?
Yes, noticeably — video streaming eats far more data than browsing, and 4K multiplies that further. Worth checking your data allowance first if you are on a metered connection.
How charges work
Does a plan quietly renew itself?
Only if a recurring option was specifically selected at checkout. Otherwise your access simply ends when the paid term is up.
